Replies were one of the first features I built for DATA. It basically just lets you take any text input whatsoever. It could be a tweet, or you could activate it from the share sheet of any text file, or email, or note, or webpage.
Or it could be an email that you've copied and pasted, anything in your clipboard.
Or it could be a text message that you've copied and pasted to your clipboard.
You just ensure it’s in your clipboard, and then hit reply, or reply with options, and then data will reply to that message in the format of that message.
It works super reliably, but this is not a command data can run, because data doesn't know exactly what it's replying to unless you run it with a specific thing in your clipboard. So instead, these are automations that data depends on you to run if you want these functionalities to work.
There are other commands that can run automatically for writing new messages and that sort of thing, or responding to emails you already have in your memory, but those are separate shortcuts. These shortcuts are more manual and interactive. They're great if you just want to make a quick reply.
Replies based on the tone you suggest, or if you leave “tone” empty it just replies with what it thinks you would usually say.
Auto generates a single instant reply that sort of matches the tone of your prompt combined with the tone of whatever you asked it to reply to and copies it to your clipboard, or you can optionally enter a suggested tone of reply to control it more precisely.
It uses whatever's in your clipboard for reference when activated, or can be run as a shortcut on any tweet from the share sheet.
Same as Reply to Message but gives you a BUNCH of options based on the tone you suggested, or if you leave the tone blank it will provide a range of possible tones and responses.
This additional shortcut I found is needed to reply to tweets for the Reply Commands.
Slightly modified tweet interpreter, from an example I found online. If this was yours please let me know and I'll credit you, you can also find the creator listed in this shortcut.
